Most tutorial writers link to other websites for necessary filters and other such things. I have often been disappointed to find the site no longer exists. So I decided to upload any necessary items directly to my site. If the site goes down so will the tut so no one will need the supplies anyway. :) I can only do this for free filters or freely shared images, selections, masks, gradients etc. If a filter is a pay filter I will still have to direct creators to the demo sites.
