For this tutorial we will need
B, C, F, G, H and J
ScrapbookSelections Here
Comment: I have all of my
Filter Factory Plugins in
Filters Unlimited.



Skill Level: Intermediate

Comment: All tool settings will
remain the same throughout
this tutorial unless otherwise
stated.
Also, all Filter Factory settings
are Default settings, I wrote
them out just for clarification



Step 1.
Duplicate tube twice Shift+D
Minimize 1 copy for later.

Step 2.
Dropper ToolDropper
Left click to choose a light color
for the foreground color

Step 3.
Layers>New Raster Layer

Step 4.
Flood Fill Tool
Settings:
Match Mode: None
Sample Merged: Checked
Blend Mode: Normal
Opacity: 100
Left click to flood fill the new raster
layer with the light foreground color.

Step 5.
Layers>Arrange>Send To Bottom

Step 6.
Layers>Merge>Merge Visible

Step 7.
Effects>Image Effects>Seamless Tiling
Settings:
Corner
Bidirectional
Horizontal: 0
Vertical: 0
Transition: 50
Linear
OK

Step 8.
Adjust>Blur>Gaussian Blur
Settings:
Radius: 15

Step 9.
Edit>Copy
Comment: Minimize this background
image in case it is lost from the clipboard.

Step 10.
Open scrapbookselections.pspimage in PSP
Duplicate Shift+D
*Make note of the name of this
image i.e. image1.pspimage, so
that when you load the selection
from the alpha channel you will
choose the correct image
Close original

Step 11.
Zoom Tool
Settings:
Zoom(%) 40

Step 12.
Layers>New Raster Layer
Name this layer FFB

Step 13.
Selections/Load/Save Selections
Load Selection From Alpha Channel
Settings:
Load from document: scrapbookselections.pspimage
Choose tier5 from the drop down menu



Replace selection should be the only
bulleted item selected

Choose the tier 4 selection from
the drop down menu

Unhide merged (bottom) layer

Selections>Select All

Edit>Paste>Paste into selection

Step 51.
Effects>Plugins>Filter Factory C>Zoom Noise
Settings:
Rotation: 213
Zoom: 61
Zoom Noise: 111
Apply

Step 52.
Selections>Select None

Comment: At this point you
may leave the stationery
as is,or you may use the
minimized tube as an accent.
I have used the tube as an accent
to the top border itself on some
stationerys, and in the body of
the stationery on others. It
is totally up to the creator
where or even if he/she chooses
to use the tube

Step 53.
Layers>Merge>Merge Visible

Step 53.
Add your water mark is desired.

Step 54.
Add your water mark, if desired,
as a new layer

Step 55.
File>Export>JPEG Optimizer
Settings: Set Compression Value: 20


Assembly In Letter Creator



Step 1.
Open Letter Creator

Step 2.
On the body tab, in the Background
section, left click on Image and find
the scrapbook top border image that
you saved
OK

Step 3.
On the Body tab, in the Text section,
choose a font, font size and font
color that coordinate well with your
stationery

Step 4.
On the Body tab, in the Margins
section, set the margins as follows
Top: 260
Left: 10
Right: 10

Step 5.
On the Footer tab, add credit and
links as required

Step 6.
On the Finish tab, in the Style Box
section, give your stationery a name
and save it to your choice of collections
